I have been struggling with my sprinkler system for years. I always expected to spend several hours at the beginning of the season replacing heads and getting the system to operate properly. I have always been a "do it yourselfer", but this year I thought I would give Prime a call and see if they could help me get my sprinkler system in better shape. Well, long story short, they (Tim and Shawn) figured out that the main water shut-off to my house was partially blocked with iron deposits that have gathered in the valve, additionally, several feet of pipe downstream to the valve were also partially blocked. Tim and Shawn replaced the valve and 3' of pipe, and now my sprinkler system has never performed better!! I am beyond pleased! I wish I would have called Prime Irrigation out to my house sooner. We were particularly impressed by the company’s responsiveness, as demonstrated by their live answer to our 9:00 pm call on a Sunday evening. After discussing our concerns about our sprinkler system with Chris, he arrived at our residence the next morning at 7:00 am. Chris conducted a thorough inspection of the system, accurately diagnosed the issue, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. Old company was messing around, and were saying how much time it’s to take to repair. People on vacation, confusion… the a rude owner. The tech that a dug out the main pvc line and repaired it. They worked hard, and said we be contacted for a date to finish what they couldn’t that day. Never heard from office, sent status email. So Prime comes out… looked at everything quickly looking at half the price. He said why mess with an old system, just run a new one…. It’s cheaper. And it was at least half the price. All I can say is it doesn’t always pay to be loyal…. some businesses just expect you to stay. The guys started up and winterrized for 15 years.., they were great. When some bigger issue occurs…. that’s how you discover the real company. All I can say is it was a pleasure working with Prime and I highly recommend them if you an issue. We moved to a new area a few years ago and our previous sprinkler company did not service this area. Initially, we used a company recommended by neighbors. Not really satisfied, we contacted Prime Irrigation to install a new system. What a huge difference! Jill is great to work with for scheduling. Tim is knowledgeable and designed the perfect system for us. Our lawn and garden look the best ever. We had a problem with sod installed after the sprinkler system and Tim made changes to make it all work. Satisfied customers! Reasonably priced. Great service. You have no reason to call anyone else other than Prime Irrigation. If only every company was this good. ~ George P

The team from Prime Irrigation was able to correctly diagnose the many problems that were causing my irrigation system to fail, including low pressure from a community well and low quality rotors and caps. They began the job by using an air compressor to blow out every zone and each head on the zones to clean them out from a heavy rust build up before they even suggested any changes to the system. They are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. This is the first time in many years that every head in every zone is working with FULL COVERAGE. ~ Cheryl B

I have been using the Prime Irrigation crew for almost 20 years at my last house and current home. They are punctual, polite, professional and take care of business! Especially Tim... he knows how to repair old systems and install new systems right the first time so that my lawn and landscaping look great no matter what mother nature throws our way. This was a new company to me. I changed from another company because they did not value me as long time customer hassling about money, which has never been a problem. I have two properties that needed winterization. What I like when they showed up is that they went right to work, they had excellent equipment, completed the job quickly, were personable and professional. What was more impressive is their trust and people skill. They had to go to my other property and although they had just met me they said just meet me later at the other property and write one check. They never hassled me about the money. I found that to be refreshing. They showed up at the other property as it was getting dark, but they had the equipment (lights) to still do a great job. I am sure that there are a ton of other companies that can provide this service but it is important to do business with people that respect you as a person and not just a method of making money. I recently hired Prime to replace a broken Sprinkler head. They not only replaced the broken head, but thoroughly evaluated all remaining sprinklers to assure they were in good condition and made adjustments / corrections as needed. All of which was included in the initial quote for the single head replacement. I found them to be Fast, efficient, congenial… What more could I ask. These professionals from Prime irrigation came to my home to check out a leak on my main line that was causing my basement to flood,clearly a flaw in design from 30 years ago when the system was installed, I had called them to my home after having had to other companies give me estimates that consisted of in general replacing my entire system.and charging me 6-8000$ to do so, I was referred to Prime irrigation by a friend they came out and bypassed the previous what is now explained to me as redundant main line that was causing the flooding in my basement, they came out and fixed the problem on the spot ,along with replacing every head and they were done in 4 hours and they saved me around 4 or 5,000$ and it was done quick and painless, they also installed a master valve to eliminate the possibility of constant leaking of the main line if it should get puctured in the future. my sprinkler system is an asset now instead of a liability , Thank you Tim and George for completing this job and explaining everything in understandable terms.Highly recommend!!! ~ Kimberly R

These guys are the absolute best. I had broken electrical wires in my sprinkler system following aeration. Two other companies tried unsuccessfully to find the break in the wires and gave estimates of around $800 to fix it and charged me $450 in the process. These guys came at 6:00 pm in the evening within an hour of calling them, found the break within two minutes of being here, and charged a total of $144 for everything. I had my sprinkler blowout done with Prime Irrigation. The whole experience was quite smooth right from scheduling, got an appointment the very same day of the call - awesome! The crew including the owner - David showed up, and completed the blowout efficiently, ensured I was satisfied with the blowout and assured that all the water was out of the system. Shawn and Tyler came out to fix a significant issue we had with one of our sprinkler zones. We also had several smaller adds that we wanted done.
